Fifa 2011 PC version still sucks?

The graphic never change at all compared to Fifa 2010. Why EA still doesn't want to improve the graphic?
The only reason I brought Fifa 2011 is because of the license teams. I thought they already improve the graphic. Because I heard Fifa 2011 PC is the same as World Cup 2010 PS3, since PS3 has very good graphic, so Fifa 2011 PC must have the same graphic.
