Well, I am not sure how fast food can be good for you. The fries that are drenched in saturated fat and the meat for burgers is a low grade beef. But I do love certain fast food places, such as Chick-fil-a. There are of course some more healthier choices at fast food restaurants, you can get a side salad or a fruit cup instead of fries. But if you're counting calories, fast food places might not be best.
